Arthur Gaplanyan is the President and Co-Founder of Xentric Solutions, Inc., a managed IT services provider helping Los Angeles law firms reduce IT surprises, improve security, and make better technology decisions.

Since co-founding Xentric in 2014, Arthur has focused on making legal technology easier to understand, easier to manage, and more closely aligned with how a firm actually practices. His approach combines practical IT strategy, clear communication, and a strong belief that firms should not have to wait for something to break, or for a filing deadline to be at risk, before getting meaningful guidance from their IT provider.

Arthur regularly writes about managed IT services, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, cloud services, VoIP, backup and disaster recovery, and the technology decisions that affect day-to-day law firm operations.
